1. Pick a server

Dofus has 13 servers in total, including Shadow where death is definitive. Mono-Account servers are better if you want to play only one character at the time but it requires you to be subscribed and give your phone number. Here are the best servers for English speaking players:

Pioneer servers were created on December 3rd, 2024 at the same time as Dofus 3.0 released. Their economy is healthier because the servers are newer but also because those servers never had idols in them.

2. Decide if you want to start from scratch or not (for returning players)

• Start from 0: get to learn the game again but it can be harder to play with high level friends
• Pick up where you left: you are higher level but the learning curve is pretty steep

• Reach Frigost 3 and get the Ice Dofus
• Collect all 6 primordial Dofus
